Sousse Union Leader Reverses Resignation
Qasem Al-Zamani, the General Secretary of the Tunisian General Labour Union in Sousse, has retracted his resignation after having previously submitted it, despite acknowledging the difficulty of continuing his work with the current regional executive committee members. This step comes amid internal tensions and disagreements among union leaders, with opposition groups within the union still present. The crisis has not been resolved yet, posing a threat to the future of the executive committee and the relations among its members. It is expected that internal developments within the union will continue in the coming days.
