Nafeh Al-Areibi Reports Abir Moussa Message
Lawyer Nafeh Al-Aribi confirmed that the message published by the leader of the Democratic Constitutional Party, Abraou Mosi, from Bujarijia prison in Jendouba, was transmitted to him word-for-word, without any intervention from artificial intelligence. He fully endorsed its authenticity. The message addressed the court's urgent decision to suspend the party congress scheduled for October 2026. Mosi expressed her objection to what she described as the court's haste and the timing of the decision, while reaffirming that she has not lost her status as the party leader while in prison. She called for adherence to legal organizational procedures and assured that her movement will remain peaceful and legal in its resistance to the decision.
