Motsibi backs Infantino in FIFA race
Patrice Motsepe, president of the Confederation of African Football, reaffirmed his full support for the 54 African federations in their efforts to back Africa's bid to host the 2030 World Cup. He explained that the continental federation aims to elevate the status of football in Africa and is working on presenting a strong bid that reflects the continent's history and aspirations. This comes as part of Africa's broader efforts to secure the hosting of this major global event, with a joint bid alongside some European countries.
