North Korea tests advanced AI torpedo
North Korea conducted a test of a highly precise guided torpedo called "Chum-2.0," equipped with artificial intelligence technology. The test was carried out on October 15 by the National Defence Academy and the Missile Industry Administration. This torpedo features an underwater platform, high speed, and the ability to accurately target and guide itself using AI in target search. This experiment is part of North Korea's efforts to enhance its military capabilities, following their previous announcement of a tactical missile test to verify the update of one of their defense system components.
