Tunisie Telegraph: Tuning Street revives motto of work, freedom, dignity
The Tunisians, including young people and experienced individuals, gathered in a march under the slogan "Employment, Freedom, National Dignity." This reflects the ongoing pursuit of the fundamental demands stemming from the revolution, as citizens continue to focus on issues of employment, freedoms, and dignity amidst the ongoing economic and social crisis. Different generations participated, expressing their concerns about the country's future and their rejection of the lack of progress in achieving their economic and political rights. They emphasized that the demands related to work and freedom remain present despite several years having passed since the revolution. The participation demonstrates that young people still stand in the face of economic and political challenges and underscores the need to turn protests into effective action that fulfills these demands.
