Espérance Tunis Faces Unexpected News Before Libyan Match
Esperance Tunisian Sports Club suffered a 1-0 defeat against the Libyan team Sawahelly in the first leg of the CAF Champions League. The match saw the expulsion of their captain, Youssef Belaili, after protesting against the refereeing decisions, with the Sawahelly team scoring a penalty kick in the 63rd minute. Esperance will face Sawahelly again on Saturday in the second leg at Hammadi Agrebi Stadium in Rades, needing at least a draw or a victory to secure their qualification, despite the absence of their captain due to suspension.
