Bodrbalah progresses on Sports Law
The Speaker of the People's Assembly, Ibrahim Boudrabala, clarified that the Sports Structures Law aims to comprehensively organize Tunisian sports and create a new environment that enhances cooperation among the relevant parties. He explained that the law is in its final stage and requires consultations with experts and stakeholders to amend it before submitting it to the plenary session. Emphasis is being placed on improving certain provisions related to sports academies, the National Olympic Committee, and on modifying articles concerning governance, sports ethics, and the applications of sports corporations. The law seeks to address the challenges and violations that have led to the decline of Tunisian sports, with the goal of finalizing its adoption by 2027.
