El Kef lawyers call for judicial infrastructure development
Lawyers in Kasserine protested in front of the primary court to oppose the deterioration of the judicial facility's infrastructure. Since the 1960s, the buildings have been deteriorating and lack development. The main issues include a shortage of offices and judicial personnel, delays in implementing development projects such as establishing a judicial hub and new buildings, and the fact that the local court has not been inaugurated since its construction in 2021 due to non-compliance with standards. Court sessions are held in halls at risk of collapse. The lawyers are demanding improvements to the infrastructure and the provision of adequate judicial services to ensure justice in the region.
