More than 300 residents of Douar al-Nimra, from over 80 families in the Ghardimaou delegation, are isolated because of the dilapidated state of a roughly 2.5-kilometre road linking them to Kaf Ennsour Primary School. Potholes and erosion hinder the travel of pupils and patients, while the difficult conditions have driven some families to move to town. Residents called for the road to be paved and urged the authorities to carry out temporary maintenance and repair the damaged sections.
