Norris Wins Hungarian F1 Race
British driver Lando Norris, from the McLaren team, claimed victory at the Hungarian Grand Prix during the eleventh round of the Formula 1 World Championship, after winning the race at the Hungaroring circuit in Budapest. Norris started from pole position but lost the lead on the opening lap to his teammate Oscar Piastri, then regained it to secure his first win of the season, his second at the Hungarian Grand Prix, and his 12th of his professional career. Italian driver Kimi Anttonelli of Mercedes also strengthened his position at the top of the championship standings by finishing third. Norris previously won the sprint race in Miami in May but hadn't taken home the winner’s trophy since the Brazilian Grand Prix in November. He is now the fifth different winner in the last five Grand Prix races.
