France sends 220 firefighters to Louzir fire
A massive fire broke out in southern France, in the Lozère region. Over 220 firefighters have been called in to extinguish it, supported by four "Kendyr" aircraft and others from the "Dash" model to spray water from the air. The fire started around 12:45 PM and led to the evacuation of two villages and about 20 homes. It is believed that the fire may have been caused by a vehicle catching fire. Efforts are still ongoing, as the fire service announced that the situation is not yet under control. The fire has scorched approximately 90 hectares and continues to spread.
