The article concerns Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi's assertion that the presence of armed resistance will no longer be necessary after the withdrawal of American forces. He pointed out that most factions have begun handing over their weapons to the state, and that following the withdrawal, there will be no justification for resistance.
