The article discusses the attempt by both Hezbollah and Israel to establish facts on the ground after the ceasefire, in accordance with American-Iranian understandings. It notes that Israel is imposing restrictions on its movement within Lebanon, despite claims by its leadership that it has full freedom to act against threats. Israel has carried out military operations targeting multiple Lebanese areas under the pretext of responding to security threats. The article highlights the differing perspectives between the two sides regarding the extent of permissible freedom of movement, with Israel emphasizing its right to conduct preemptive operations, while Hezbollah rejects these statements, considering them an extension of aggression. Israeli violations have increased since the halt of operations, with Israel justifying this by its attempt to prevent the reconstitution of military capabilities. Meanwhile, Hezbollah responds to these violations with condemnatory statements, amid ongoing targeting and injuries on the ground.
