The Moroccan authorities announced the foiling of terrorist plots that were in advanced stages of preparation. These plots targeted seven cities across the kingdom and were carried out in coordination with and support from the "ISIS" organization in the African Sahel region. Security measures resulted in the arrest of 10 individuals, including a former detainee and a minor, and the seizure of weapons and extremist materials. Additionally, manuals explaining how to assemble explosive devices and prepare for bombing or vehicular attack operations were found. A vehicle prepared for carrying out attacks either through a suicide bombing or a ramming assault was also uncovered.
