A photo has emerged showing a man from Gaza, blindfolded and restrained on a bed, reportedly depicting him as a victim of mistreatment by the Israeli army. The army confirmed that the incident is under investigation, and that the photo concerns a Palestinian man believed to be Osama Al-Ghul. His family recognized him from his physical features and considered him their missing son since his arrest in March. Palestinian efforts continue to arrange visits with lawyers for the detained, amid the deteriorating situation of around 1,200 Palestinians held in Israel under detention laws.
