West Bank: Over 11,000 Israeli Attacks Since 2023
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has revealed that the Israeli occupation army and settlers committed over 11,000 attacks in the West Bank since the beginning of 2023. These include demolishing structures, expanding settlement outposts, assaults on mosques and sacred sites, and the detention of Palestinians. These actions are part of policies aimed at displacing populations and imposing demographic and geographical changes in the region. Last month also saw an escalation in incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque and attacks on sacred sites, amidst a continued policy of impunity that shields settlers despite Israel's legal responsibility to protect Palestinian civilians. Murders and assaults persist amid escalating tensions, with international calls for an end to violations and for the protection of Palestinians.
