Qalqilya Attack and Camp Dismantling
The article concerns Israeli forces' efforts to execute a plan to destroy Palestinian refugee camps in the West Bank, including Qalandiya, as part of a strategy to weaken the refugee cause and impose a reality that hampers the establishment of a Palestinian state. While the Israeli government carried out military operations aimed at gradually displacing the population, destructive practices continued in camps such as Jenin, Nour Shams, and Tulkarm, resulting in the expulsion of around 40,000 Palestinians. The Palestinian leadership views these measures as an attempt to erase the refugee issue, and they believe they will fail just as they have in the past, considering that the Palestinian people remain steadfast in their right to return despite all attempts at resettlement and displacement.
