Erdogan Aims for End to Terrorism
The "National Solidarity and Social Integration Promotion" bill in Turkey offers solutions for organizing procedures related to suspending investigations and judicial proceedings after the effective end of the presence of the terrorist organization "PKK/KCK" and all affiliated entities, as well as the surrender of weapons and explosives they possessed. The law aims to strengthen national unity and solidarity, allowing for decisions to be made that affirm this through the issuance of directives by the Turkish National Security Council. This initiative is part of Turkey's ongoing efforts to combat terrorism and permanently neutralize security threats. It also reflects broad consensus in Parliament in support of Turkey's path toward a "Terror-Free Turkey."
