Explosive drone found near Ukrainian plane in eastern Germany
Leipzig Airport in Germany, a major logistics hub for military equipment, experienced a series of security incidents after an explosive drone was discovered on the runway and a suspicious object struck an aircraft, leading to several hours of air traffic suspension. German authorities arrested a team for investigation on suspicion of using unidentified drones in the airport's vicinity, suspecting that unknown parties may have attempted intimidation or sabotage. There is also speculation that Russia might be involved in these operations as part of a campaign of attacks and cyber assaults targeting sensitive facilities in Germany and Ukraine, although authorities have not provided direct evidence linking any specific party to these actions.
