The concerned countries focused on condemning Israel's ongoing violations in the Gaza Strip, including targeting medical facilities and civilian infrastructure, and killing civilians, especially women and children, which constitutes a violation of international and humanitarian law. The statement warned that escalating tensions threatens to undermine diplomatic efforts and ignite a cycle of violence again. It emphasized the importance of protecting civilians, ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid, and not tolerating violations such as settlement expansion in the West Bank and the imposition of sovereignty over occupied territories. The countries called on the international community, particularly the Security Council, to take action to enforce compliance with international law and hold those responsible for violations accountable. They rejected any attempts to annex Palestinian lands or forcibly displace the population, reaffirming their commitment to achieving a two-state solution and establishing an independent Palestinian state within the borders of 1967.
