As a result of the missile attack carried out by the Houthis on the border area of Najran in Saudi Arabia, 11 civilians were injured, including 7 Saudis—among them a woman and a child—who suffered second-degree burns. Additionally, there were injuries among a Yemeni, an Egyptian, and a Pakistani. Intelligence reports indicate that Iraqi factions are coordinating with the Houthis, with support from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, to launch imminent attacks on Saudi Arabia targeting civilian and economic infrastructure such as energy facilities, airports, and ports. There have been observations of drones and missiles being transported from northern and southern regions of the kingdom. Saudi Arabia affirms its determination to take deterrent measures to ensure the protection of its citizens, despite ongoing efforts to de-escalate and the current negotiations.
