The Syrian Ministry of Health announced that a bomb explosion targeted a bus in the city of Jaramana in the Rif Dimashq governorate, resulting in the death of two people and injuring 13 others. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the death toll has risen to approximately 16, and there is evidence suggesting that a group called "Prophet's Supporters' Forum" is responsible for the explosion, although no official confirmation has been issued yet. The explosion caused significant material damage in an area crowded with shops, and rescue and civil defense teams intervened. Investigations are ongoing to determine the reasons and motives behind the incident. This incident follows other explosions in Damascus earlier in July, which resulted in casualties among security personnel and civilians.
