The article reveals Egypt and the Arab League's rejection of Israel's settlement project "E1" in the West Bank, which aims to divide Palestinian land and isolate East Jerusalem from its surroundings, thereby undermining the prospects of establishing an independent Palestinian state. Egypt stresses the necessity of halting settlement expansions that alter the legal and demographic character of the occupied territories and calls on the international community to take urgent steps to stop these violations.
