The Chinese and Singaporean navies will conduct joint maritime exercises in early September near Changiang in Guangdong Province. The drills will include live-fire exercises, in-sea replenishment, and joint search and rescue operations. The aim of this training is to deepen mutual trust and strengthen cooperation between the two countries, as well as to enhance their ability to maintain regional peace and stability. These exercises are part of a series of regular drills between China and Singapore, which began in 2015, and serve to enhance their military collaboration.
