Israel announced that its army has completed a military operation in the Al-Ali Thaher Heights in southern Lebanon, during which it eliminated a large number of Hezbollah militants and regained control of the area after reconnaissance and the dismantling of underground facilities and tunnels belonging to Hezbollah. Israel confirmed that the region no longer poses a threat to its security, and that the operations included the destruction of underground infrastructure such as tunnels, operational rooms, and weapon storages, resulting in the deaths of Hezbollah members. Israel plans to continue its efforts to destroy underground infrastructure, despite Lebanese sources indicating the possibility of additional operations in the coming weeks.
