X Corporation, owned by Elon Musk, persuaded a Delaware judge to issue a temporary order preventing Opration Blobird from using the name "Twitter" and the related trademarks for its new platform, while failing to stop them from using Twitter's bird logo. The judge confirmed that the use of the Twitter name could confuse users and infringe upon X's trademarks, despite the company's assertion that X has relinquished its rights to the word "Tweet" and the bird logo, based on Musk's statements confirming the removal of the Twitter emblem from the building. The legal dispute over trademark rights related to the Twitter name continues between the two parties.
