A temporary passage has been constructed over the Litani River in southern Lebanon to connect its banks following the destruction of the Qaqaa Bridge by the Israeli army in March. The purpose of this passage is to restore the movement of vehicles and equipment and to facilitate the transportation of citizens between the southern and northern regions until the final bridge is rebuilt. The passage is made of large concrete water barriers placed above the riverbed, contributing to the rehabilitation of damaged infrastructure, enhancing communication, and reopening vital roads in the area. This effort is part of official measures to address the effects of bridge destruction and ensure the continuity of movement in the region.
