Three workers were rescued from the Trishuli Hydroelectric Project tunnel in Nepal after 10 days of flooding, which resulted in at least 1,300 deaths and increased the number of missing persons to over 5,000. Rescue teams extracted workers from two tunnels, including a Chinese citizen and a Nepali worker, through joint efforts by the Nepali army and South Korean experts. Their health conditions are being assessed. Approximately 900 workers remain missing across 12 hydropower projects, with around 500 believed to be trapped in various tunnels.
