Algeria rescues child Ayoub after fall

Algerian authorities confirm the rescue of 10-year-old Ayoub, who was found deceased after four days of efforts to save him from a dry well in El Bayadh Province. The child fell into the well last Wednesday in the village of Rekna, and rescue operations—participated in by civil defense teams and local authorities using all available means—faced numerous difficulties after they drilled a horizontal tunnel that was unable to extract him immediately, leading to his death.
