The article focused on a financial crisis and a decline in the partnership between Emirates Shrayah Stables and the Champions Equestrian Tournament in Germany. After signing a contract that extends until 2030, efforts to elevate the tournament faced failure due to unpaid financial dues amounting to seven figures demanded by the organizers, particularly those for 2026, which remain outstanding. Reconstruction problems in the UAE, along with increased opposition pressure, led to reduced support and the cancellation of the plan to upgrade the tournament's rating to five stars in 2025. Additionally, the German Equestrian Federation sent official letters to the UAE embassy demanding the settlement of the pending amounts, confirming that the events would continue financially despite the absence of the main sponsor.
