The Palestinian residents in the Masafer Yatta area in the West Bank are suffering from house demolitions carried out by the Israeli army, which has forced many of them to convert rocky caves into alternative dwellings. The residents rely on solar energy sources and water from wells to live in these caves, which they transformed into homes after their original houses were destroyed three years ago. They face security and economic hardships due to ongoing tensions with Israeli settlers who control the area. Despite the hardships, the residents continue to persevere and hope for a safe and stable life, even as Israel continues to build illegal settlements and carry out attacks on Palestinians, further increasing their suffering.
