Al-Alimi: Yemen Dawn Advances in State Recovery
Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, affirmed that Operation "Fajr Yemen" continues according to plans to restore state institutions and liberate Sanaa, while making significant field progress on fronts such as the Western Coast, especially in Zubab and Bab al-Mandab, with the support of the Saudi-led Arab coalition. He emphasized that the goal goes beyond reclaiming territory; it includes rebuilding the state through securing institutions, strengthening security, supporting the economy, and alleviating humanitarian suffering. He also called on citizens in areas under Houthi control not to be drawn into their attempts to drag them into conflicts, and to open the door for manipulated individuals to return safely and cease fighting. Additionally, he urged adherence to military discipline laws and respect for the rights of detainees.
