77 airstrikes target Houthi sites in Yemen
The warplanes launched approximately 77 airstrikes against Houthi targets in Sanaa and several other Yemeni provinces, amid fierce battles between government forces and the Houthis in areas such as Bab al-Mandab, Taiz, and Ma'rib. The strikes resulted in two deaths and injuries to others at Sanaa airport, in addition to the destruction of hundreds of Houthi sites and targeting the group's movements with ballistic missiles and artillery. These intense military operations coincided with ongoing clashes on multiple fronts, where government forces are advancing slowly due to mines and snipers, with expectations of achieving full progress in the area within the coming hours.
