US Updates Lebanon Aviation Policies
U.S. President Donald Trump canceled the decisions that imposed restrictions on air travel with Lebanon, a move warmly welcomed by Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, who considered it a reflection of U.S. confidence in Lebanese aviation safety measures. This step comes following a previous Lebanese request made during a meeting at the White House in July. Lebanon hopes that this will help enhance air transport and international communication. Lebanon also affirms its commitment to international safety standards to ensure traveler security and protect air navigation.
