Yemen Detains Houthi Cells, Warns Against Spying
Security reports in Yemen have highlighted the efforts of the Yemeni government to dismantle cells affiliated with the Houthi group, which were planning to target security and military leaders and carry out attacks in the provinces of Aden, Lahj, and Abyan. It was revealed that members of these cells were being trained with funding and guidance from the Houthis, with the involvement of experts from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and Hezbollah in their training. These operations come within the context of ongoing security efforts to bolster internal security, especially amid escalating Houthi attacks on multiple fronts. This reflects the advancing security performance and strategic plans of Yemen to confront security threats, emphasizing the importance of coordination and unified efforts to maintain stability in the liberated areas.
