Ukraine's Patriot system out of stock
Reports have confirmed that Ukraine has exhausted its stockpile of American Patriot missile defense systems, making it more vulnerable to Russian ballistic missile attacks. Over the course of several months, President Volodymyr Zelensky has warned of a shortage of these missiles, which are among the few defensive weapons capable of intercepting ballistic missiles, due to their high cost and the global shortage resulting from the war. Despite his efforts to secure more of these missiles, Ukraine has not yet been granted a license to produce them, and it continues to firmly demand additional supplies from the United States, aiming to strengthen its air defenses and protect Ukrainian territory from Russian attacks.
