UAE as a Model of Moderate Diplomacy
The article focused on the diplomatic and humanitarian role played by the United Arab Emirates in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis. It successfully facilitated a prisoner exchange between the two sides, which reached around 8,000 prisoners by August 2026. Additionally, the UAE hosted trilateral talks between Russia, Ukraine, and the United States, aimed at building trust despite the complexity of the political pathways, while continuing its efforts in humanitarian aid and reconstruction.
