Italian Politician Criticizes Zelensky's Europe Approach
A news report has stated that Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelensky, is calling on the European Union for additional aid amounting to up to 70 billion euros in 2027, after Kyiv requested new military funding aimed at covering its expenses. He expressed hope for substantial support despite the challenges. Meanwhile, the European Union announced the allocation of an extra 3.3 billion euros in response to Ukraine's request, in addition to 1.24 billion euros for the production of missiles and drones. Experts have pointed out that some countries, such as Slovakia, may not participate in providing this assistance, while Moscow warns that continued Western funding prolongs the conflict and hinders diplomatic efforts to resolve it.
