Iran's new defense minister: ready to confront Zionists
Merdad Akhlaki Ketabji has been appointed as Iran's Minister of Defense and is considered one of the most prominent officials in the defense industry sector. Following his appointment, he confirmed that Iran is prepared to face any potential Israeli attacks and that its forces are on high alert. He also indicated that Tehran is developing domestically produced weapons and working on establishing new production facilities, including a heavy fighter jet that will fly for the first time next year. This comes after the assassination of the former Defense Minister in an American-Israeli attack. Tensions between Iran, Israel, and the United States are growing, especially amid ongoing mutual attacks and provocative operations in the Gulf region.
