Yemeni Army Outpaces Houthis
The Yemeni forces have intensified their attacks against the Houthi group on multiple fronts, executing hundreds of operations that resulted in neutralizing about 500 Houthi militants and destroying numerous military vehicles. These operations continue as part of the "Yemen Dawn" campaign, amid renewed fighting in southern Taiz. Houthi attacks on the Shibq front in Taiz have been repelled, and bombardments targeted villages in Jabal Sabr. Additionally, other sites in Marib and Al-Jawf experienced airstrikes and drone attacks. The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council emphasized the need to continue these operations until achieving their objectives, and called on the international community to support designating the Houthis as a terrorist organization, impose an arms embargo, cut off their sources of funding, and lift the siege on Taiz while opening humanitarian roads.
