Man with disabilities shot in southern Syria
An Israeli escalation has been reported in southern Syria, where occupation forces killed a person with special needs during an incursion into the village of Jumla in Daraa countryside, with snipers deployed in the area. Israel also carried out extensive tree demolition and fortification operations, prompting condemnation from Damascus, which regarded these acts as a blatant violation of its sovereignty. These developments come amid increasing Israeli attacks and military operations outside the buffer zone since the overthrow of Bashar Assad's regime, as Israel seeks to establish a de-escalation zone in southern Syria.
