Ramadan's cryptic note to Awady
Mohamed Ramadan sent Ahmed Al-Awady a message praising his love for ordinary people and his pride in being one of them. Ramadan said Al-Awady was older than he was, but that he himself was “the older brother when it comes to starring roles,” having had the chance to take the lead before Al-Awady. Ramadan wished Al-Awady success with his series for Ramadan 2027; Ramadan will appear in *Ashmawy*, while Al-Awady will star in *Sultan Al-Deeb*. The message sparked reactions and debate: some saw it as praise for Al-Awady, while others viewed it as a hint that Ramadan had achieved stardom first.
