Deadly shooting in Kraków
Two people were killed and at least 10 others injured in a shooting near the main market square in the southern Polish city of Kraków, while Agence France-Presse reported that five people had been killed. Polish media said shots were fired from a Subaru targeting pedestrians near St. Mary’s Basilica. The suspects fled, and police launched a large-scale manhunt, while authorities urged people to avoid the city centre and the inner ring road.
