Trump announces US-Iran peace deal signing
U.S. President Donald Trump announced that a peace agreement between the United States and Iran will be signed tomorrow, after which the Strait of Hormuz will be reopened to everyone. He confirmed that Iran no longer seeks to possess a nuclear weapon, and that relations will become more positive after the signing, while warning of another option if the process does not proceed smoothly. Some sources indicated that the agreement would be signed electronically, but Iran denied reaching a final memorandum of understanding, noting that talks on the nuclear issue will continue for 60 more days.
