Marius Borg Hoiby, the son of Norway’s Crown Princess Mette Marit, was found guilty of two counts of rape and sentenced to four years in prison by Oslo District Court. He was acquitted of two other charges and sentenced after prosecutors had called for a longer prison term, while his defense sought a shorter sentence. Hoiby did not attend the verdict in person but joined via video.
