The article detailed the efforts of the Aden Public Prosecution in intercepting a shipment of expired urea intended to be transported from Al-Mokha to areas controlled by the Houthi militias. The shipment, consisting of 12 trucks, was stopped at the Ra’s Imran checkpoint without any official documents proving its legality. Investigations confirmed that the substance could be used in the manufacture of explosives or illicit fuels, necessitating the completion of legal procedures and laboratory tests. These efforts are part of the broader initiative to protect consumers and ensure public safety, involving a joint committee from various ministries, security agencies, and technical bodies conducting inspections and investigations.
