Mohamed Ramadan provokes debate over Ashmawi remark
Artist Mohamed Ramadan continues promoting his new series "Eshmawy," which is scheduled to air in Ramadan 2027, despite filing a complaint with the Egyptian Public Prosecutor's Office against him over a video showing him dancing to his song. Ramadan has also invited café owners in Egypt and the Arab world to increase the number of chairs in anticipation of high viewership, implying his expectation of the series' success. This comes amid ongoing controversy and debate regarding his behavior on social media, with some criticizing his gestures in another video, deeming them inappropriate, even as he persists in promoting his new drama.
