Woman risks life to rescue trapped whale

An American submarine of the Lorin Clifner class, during a humanitarian mission while exploring the waters of the Indian Ocean, freed a trapped humpback whale from marine debris. The submarine discovered that waste, especially plant debris and plastics, was lodged in the whale's head and mouth, threatening its life. Despite the danger, the submarine decided to gently insert its hand into the whale's mouth to remove the debris, working calmly with the animal, which helped save its life. This incident highlights the severe dangers of marine pollution, particularly plastic waste, which poses a direct threat to marine life, and underscores the importance of reducing ocean pollution to protect marine creatures.
