South gang uncovered by security forces

Lebanese security forces managed to dismantle a theft network in the south involving a group of Palestinians and a Lebanese individual. They seized stolen industrial tools and a vehicle. The group admitted to carrying out several thefts from construction sites in the areas of Al-Masilaḥ, Zawtā, Saida, and Jisr al-Junaynah, selling the stolen items to a trader of building materials in Al-Ghazieh. One of the suspects was also involved in drug abuse. The case has been referred to the judiciary, and legal measures have been taken against the accused.
