Xavi's 30 passes showcase Barcelona's touch in Holland

Spanish coach Xavi Hernandez successfully brought the style of play from La Masia Academy to the Dutch national team. This was evident in his team's series of passing sequences without losing possession during a match against Serbia, where players completed 30 passes in a minute and a half. This contributed to their victory, with Joshua Zirkzee scoring the winning goal. Xavi's team appeared more vibrant, focusing on ball control while creating opportunities for young players. His smart tactical adjustments and willingness to take responsibility during matches were also praised. Under Xavi's leadership, the Netherlands topped Group Two in the UEFA Nations League with 8 points. There is still room for improvement in maintaining consistent performance and strengthening the defense, reflecting a promising start to the project the coach aims to build with the Dutch national team.
